The
Montoli Co., funded in 1925, is operating for 75 years about in the
specific sector of the offset printing on cylindrical containers.
The machines manufactured, semi-automatic type in the beginning,
where completely automatized afterwards, applaying special robots
unit with mechanical working.
Then the range of machines manufactured was enlarged by adding of
capping machines and latex spraying machines for aluminium tubes.
Later on the machines in question were connected among them with a
perfect synchronism, composing lines also including the relative
drying ovens and containers stores.
In the meanwhile analogous models of machines were realized for
employing in the in the plastic materials sector, for the offset
printing up to 6 colour on tubes bottles cups etc.
At present the Montoli Company manufactures equipments and complete
lines for offset printing up to 8 colour on metallic and plastic
tubes and containers having diameter from mm 13.5 to 60 mm and max
lenght 300.
